Our showroom is located in the office block alongside other local brands such as My Apparel Zoo and Dream Maker Club Jimmy Lim.


To get to our showroom, take the lift next to Sony and coco lab (WEST GATE ENTRANCE where Plan B is located). Press floor 1, turn left (follow signs to unit B2-1-9). We are next to Baby and Beyond and opposite Jimmy Lim.

Yes, as an authorized retailer for the designers that we sell online and in store, we can assure our customers that the products we sell are 100% authentic.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments can be done via Paypal or iPay88. Bank transfers can also be performed via iPay88 (Malaysian customers only).

Although the price is stated in USD, you will be charged in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, to exchange an order, kindly email us within 3 days of receiving the item(s) at returns@cuevolution.com quoting your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange. The original item(s) must be returned to CUEVOLUTION before we process the replacement item(s).


Can I exchange my item(s) at your physical store?

Yes, to arrange for an exchange in store, kindly email us within 3 days of receiving the item(s) at returns@cuevolution.com quoting your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then book you in for an appointment at our showroom. Alternatively, drop us a message at +6012 324 0892 within 3 days of receiving the item(s) to book an appointment with us.


Can I return or exchange sale item(s)?

Sale item(s) cannot be refunded, they can however, be exchanged. Please note that during our sale clearance, item(s) marked as final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.


How do I buy a Gift Card?

To buy a Gift Card for your loved ones, email customercare@cuevolution.com for further enquiries.


Can I get a refund on my Gift Card?

Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. All returned item(s) that were paid for with a Gift Card will be refunded as account credit, which can be redeemed for future orders. If you need further assistance kindly email customercare@cuevolution.com.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Malaysia is free. Shipping to Singapore and Brunei is free for purchases above $200 USD. Further information on shipping costs can be found on our Shipping page.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Malaysia is 2-3 business days. International delivery might require 5-7 business days pending custom clearance. Tracking numbers will be provided for all services.


Customs and import charges.

Any customs or import duties that are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.


Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, we are not able to advice you on what the cost may be.
