Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
If you are unsatisfied with your item(s), you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt along with the RETURN FORM. Special made-to-order item(s)/pre-order are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable. Before your parcel leaves our showroom, it is fully checked for quality control by our team. If you receive an item which is damaged upon arrival, please contact Customer Care immediately.
To arrange for a return, kindly fill in the Returns and Exchanges form within 3 days of receiving the item(s) at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM (printed behind invoice posted). Please refer to SHIPPING for further information.
Returns can also be arranged at our showroom at PUBLIKA Block B2 Level 1 Unit 9 (B2-1-9). (Only applicable to customers based in Malaysia).
Please ensure all item(s) returned are in new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged condition for Store Credits only. Where provided, CUEVOLUTION and designer garment tags, authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be returned with the item(s). We regret that due to hygiene purposes, earrings are strictly non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Please contact our customer care team by emailing email@example.com if you have any further questions.
Your refund will be processed via Store Credits to your CUEVOLUTION account. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through CUEVOLUTION. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Only defective or damaged item(s) may be replaced. Please note creases on item(s) are NOT deemed as damaged goods. Item(s) damaged through wear and tear are not considered faulty and are strictly non-refundable.
Continuous returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of CUEVOLUTION.
Please take care when trying on item(s) as all products must be returned in a new and unused, unwashed, undamaged condition with all CUEVOLUTION and designer garment tags still attached.
Custom made to order/pre-order item(s) are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.
Please handle light-colored bags carefully and kindly note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags. Please also handle clutch bags with care. Bags that are broken from wear and tear will strictly not be accepted for refunds. Repairs for specific bags are possible with a repair fee depending on the extent of the damage. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for quotes on repair fees.
Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging. When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the shoes, soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. In order to prevent damage during shipping, please place the shoe box inside another box .
Skincare, cosmetics and haircare must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging otherwise we will not accept them.
If the item(s) was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. For more enquiries please email email@example.com and we will assist you further.
Item(s) are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Item(s) that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item(s) is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for an exchange. Simply fill in the Returns and Exchanges form and return the faulty goods to us within 14 days of the day you received them.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on CUEVOLUTION as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.
During our sale clearance, final Sale items that have been discounted at 60% off or more on the original RRP are not eligible for a return or exchange. If you send a Final Sale item back to us we unfortunately will not be able to process your request and these will be automatically shipped back to you.

- Simply fill in the Returns and Exchanges form found in “My Account” within 3 days of receiving the item(s) quoting your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Go to ‘My Account’ and log in. Once logged in, click on ‘Returns & Exchanges’, fill in the form and click submit.

If you are shipping any of our items, please retain proof of postage, use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. Cuevolution.com and Cuevolution Fashion will not be held responsible for any returned items that have gone missing in the post when returning to us and refunds will strictly not be refunded for lost items.
